RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2013/22 approve a substitute Drainage Improvement Agreement for drainage acceptance DG 04-00051 (cross-reference subdivision SD 80-06013), for a project being developed by SDC Delta Coves, LLC, A Delaware Limited Liability Company, Bethel Island area. (District III)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The development has a new owner who will complete the improvements in Drainage Agreement 04-00051 (cross reference subdivision SD 80-06013) as approved by the Board of Supervisors.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Drainage Improvement Agreement will not be in the current owner’s name.
