RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2013/21 approving a substitute Subdivision Agreement, subdivision SD 80-06013, for a project being developed by SDC Delta Coves, LLC, A Delaware Limited Liability Company, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Bethel Island area. (District III)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The development has a new owner who will complete the improvements in subdivision SD 80-06013 as approved by the Board of Supervisors.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Subdivision Agreement will not be in the current owner’s name.
