RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2012/17 accepting Offer of Dedication for Roadway Purposes for land use permit LP 11-02034, for project being developed by Pawan K. Garge and Krishna Garge, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Bay Point area. (District IV)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

This Offer of Dedication for Road Purposes is required by condition of approval no.15 for land use permit LP 11-02034. It provides the full half width of road right of way, at this location for Ambrose Avenue.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Offer of Dedication for Road Purposes will not be recorded.
