RECOMMENDATION(S):

ACCEPT update and report on the history of the Children's Treatment Center from the Health Services Department, Mental Health Division, as recommended by the Family and Human Services Committee.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None - report only.

BACKGROUND:

On December 12, 2011 the Health Services Department, Mental Health Division provided an annual update on the services and sustainability of the Children's Treatment Center located in Concord. The report is attached. The Committee requested that staff forward the reprot to the Board of Supervisors and close the referral to the Family and Human Services Committee.
