RECOMMENDATION(S):

REAPPOINT Roberta Goulart from the Contra Costa Water Agency as Alternate to the Delta Protection Commission, to a term expiring December 31, 2011, as recommended by Supervisor Mary Nejedly Piepho.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

BACKGROUND:

Due to the occasional scheduling conflicts between Supervisor Piepho, Chair and Supervisor Glover, Alternate, to the Delta Protection Commission, an additional alternate is needed to adequately represent the County on the Delta Protection Commission.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
