RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2010/55 to amend Section 5 of the Memorandum of Understanding between Contra Costa County and AFSCME Local 2700, adopted by the Board of Supervisors on July 21, 2009 (Resolution No. 2009/356), to correct the salary for the classification of Intermediate Typist Clerk - Project (JWV1) by three and six-hundredths percent (3.06%) with an effective date of July 1, 2009.

FISCAL IMPACT:

100% Federal Headstart Funding.

BACKGROUND:

The Local 2700 Memorandum of Understanding approved by the Board of Supervisors on July 21, 2009 failed to list the salary increase discussed during bargaining for the classification of Intermediate Typist Clerk - Project (JWV1) of three and six-hundredths percent (3.06%) with an effective date of July 1, 2009.
