RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Traffic Resolution No. 2010/4305 to prohibit parking (red curb) at all times on the west side of Arundel Way (Road No. 1075E), San Pablo area.

FISCAL IMPACT:

There is no fiscal impact to the general fund.

BACKGROUND:

To improve sight distance around the corner for vehicles traveling on Arundel Way.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Unable to use the local authoirities' powers to enforce the California Vehicle Code.
