RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2010/45 to amend Section 12 of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Contra Costa County and SEIU Local 1021 Rank & File Unit adopted by the Board of Supervisors on July 21, 2009 (Resolution No. 2009/359), to add one sentence to Section 12.4.A.

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

On July 21, 2009, the Board of Supervisors adopted the Memorandum of Understanding between Contra Costa County and SEIU Local 1021 Rank & File. Since that adoption, it was noted that an additional sentence should have been included in Section 12.4.A.
