RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2010/44 to amend Section 12 of the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Contra Costa County and Public Employees Union Local One Community Services Bureau Site Supervisors Unit adopted by the Board of Supervisors on July 21, 2009 (Resolution No. 2009/365), to add one sentence to Section 12.4.A.

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

On July 21, 2009, the Board of Supervisors adopted the Memorandum of Understanding between Contra Costa County and Public Employees Union Local One Community Services Bureau Site Supervisors Unit. Since that adoption, it was noted that an additional sentence should have been included in Sections 12.4.A.
