RECOMMENDATION(S):

Adopt attached Resolution No. 2010/43 to amend Section 12 of the amended Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) between Contra Costa County and Public Employees Union Local One adopted by the Board of Superviosrs on July 21, 2009 (Resolution No. 2009/355), to add one sentence to Section 12.3.A and one sentence to Section 12.4.A.

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

On July 21, 2009, the Board of Supervisors adopted the Memorandum of Understanding between Contra Costa County and Public Employees Union Local One. Since that adoption, it was noted that an additional sentence should have been included in Sections 12.3.A and 12.4.A.
