RECOMMENDATION(S):

ACCEPT the Contra Costa County Library Commission 2009 Annual Report and 2010 Work Plan, to satisfy the Advisory Body Annual Report requirement issued by the Contra Costa County Board of Supervisors on June 18, 2002, Resolution No. 2002/377.
