Chair Moore reported to the MXCAB the process used for Measure X funding recommendations made to the full Board of Supervisors on November 16, 2021. Several MXCAB members made comments and asked questions regarding what funding was still available to the Board for distribution. Public comments were asked for and received by two individuals. |

Chair Moore introduced the topic. Several MXCAB members discussed how they felt about the Board of Supervisors' actions on November 16. Members of the public spoke as well. Chair Moore made a motion to send a written letter to the Board of Supervisors regarding the MXCAB's position on the topic. The motion was seconded by District II Appointee, Jim Cervantes. There was discussion on the topic including public comment. The Motion passed 12-0. |

Chair Moore introduced the topic and asked staff what action had been taken. Staff reported that the allocation was approved by the Board of Supervisors on November 16, and that no other action had been taken. MXCAB members made comments regarding process and supported the idea of using the next MXCAB meeting to further discuss this topic. There were no comments from the public. |
