BACKGROUND:

The Contra Costa County Fire Protection District Fire Commissioners reviews and advises on the annual operations, capital budgets, and all district expenditures; reviews and advises  
on long-range capital improvement plans; pursuant to district ordinance serves as the Appeals Board on weed abatement matters; and advises the Fire Chief on district service matters. Members serve four year terms ending June 30.

  
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The seat will become vacant.
