RECOMMENDATION(S):
ACCEPT the Advisory Council on Equal Employment Opportunity 2014 annual report and 2015 work plan, as recommended by the Equal Employment Opportunity Officer.

BACKGROUND:
Resolution No. 2002/377 request each regular ongoing board, commission, and/or committee shall annually report to the Board of Supervisors on its activities, accomplishments, membership, attendance, required training and certification programs, and proposed work activities for the following year. The requirement is addressed by the Advisory Council on Equal Employment Opportunity in the attached report.
CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:
The Advisory Council on Equal Employment Opportunity would be out of compliance.
