RECOMMENDATION(S):

Approve and authorize the Health Services Director, or his designee (Jeff Smith, MD), to execute on behalf of the County, Interagency Agreement #29 678 with Contra Costa Transportation Authority, a government agency, to pay County an amount not to exceed $12,000, to provide consultative ergonomic evaluations, for the period from February 1, 2009 through January 31, 2010.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Approval of this agreement will result in an amount not to exceed $12,000 of funding. No County match required.

BACKGROUND:

Under Interagency Agreement #29 678, the Department’s Industrial Rehabilitation Division will provide consultative ergonomic evaluations for Agency’s employees, through January 31, 2010.
