RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT position adjustment resolution number 20376A, to amend the reallocation of the classification of Library Literacy Specialist-Project (3AV3) [represented] from salary level QXX 1075 to salary level QXX 1341.

FISCAL IMPACT:

There is no fiscal impact for this action as we are amending P300 20376.

BACKGROUND:

Position Adjustment Resolution 20376 was approved on August 14, 2007. The Position Adjustment Resolution that was submitted was incorrect. This Position Adjustment Resolution is to correctly transition the positions and incumbents into the Merit System.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

If this is not approved the incumbent will be negatively impacted
