RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2009/166 accepting as complete the contracted work performed by Malachi Construction for the 2008 Tara Hills Drive Curb Ramp project, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Pinole area.

FISCAL IMPACT:

Project was funded by Measure C funds.

BACKGROUND:

The Public Works Director reports that said work has been inspected and complies with the approved plans, special provisions and standard specifications and recommends its acceptance as complete as of March 20, 2009.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The contractor will not be paid and acceptance notification will not be recorded.
