RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2009/156 accepting Offer of Dedication (Trail Easement), for Subdivision 05-08957, for project being developed by Windemere BLC Land Company, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

BACKGROUND:

The Offer of Dedication (Trail Easement) is required to allow access to the Regional Trail.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Offer of Dedication for the Trail Easement will not be recorded.
