RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2009/152 accepting completion of public and private (Paulson Lane extension and Autumn Trail Lane) improvements for Subdivision 04-08939, for project being developed by Braddock and Logan Group III, LP, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Walnut Creek area.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

BACKGROUND:

The developer has completed the improvements per the Subdivision Agreement, and in accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The completion of improvements will not be accepted and the warranty period will not begin.
