RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Traffic Resolution No. 2009/4290 to prohibit parking on the 2nd Tuesday of each month between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m. on the west side of Cherry Lane (Road No. 4057B), beginning at the north curb line of Treat Boulevard (Road No. 4861) and extending northerly a distance of 390 feet, Walnut Creek area. (District IV)

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

BACKGROUND:

Requested by the County's Watershed Program to allow for street sweeping.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Unable to use local authorities' powers to enforce the California Vehicle Code.
