RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Traffic Resolution No. 2009/4291 to prohibit parking between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. daily for vehicles 6 feet or more in height (including any load thereon), or 20 feet or more in length on both sides of Annalisa Drive (Road No. 4285C), beginning at the east curb line of Forni Drive (Road No. 4285B) and extending east a distance of 265 feet, Concord area. (District IV)

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

BACKGROUND:

Requested by the County's Watershed Program to prohibit parking of trucks and other large vehicles.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Unable to use local authorities' powers to enforce the California Vehicle Code.
