RECOMMENDATION(S):

RECEIVE this report concerning the final settlement of Charles Murray and authorize payment from the General Liability Internal Service Fund in an amount not to exceed $55,000.

FISCAL IMPACT:

General Liability Internal Service Fund payment of $55,000.

BACKGROUND:

Sharon Hymes-Offord, Assistant Risk Manager/General Liability has advised the County Administrator that within authorization, an agreement has been reached settling the general liability claim of Charles Murray v. Contra Costa County.
