RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2011/97 approving the third extension of the subdivision agreement (Right-of-Way Landscaping) for subdivision SD 05-09023 for project being developed by Windemere BLC Land Company, LLC as recommended by the Public Works Director, San Ramon (Dougherty Valley) area. (District III)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No Fiscal Impact.

BACKGROUND:

The subdivision (Right-of-Way Landscaping) agreement needs to be renewed as the improvements are not yet completed. Approximately 80% of the work has been completed to date.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The subdivision (Right-of-Way Landscaping) agreement will not be renewed.
