RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2011/46 approving the third extension of the drainage improvement agreement for drainage area DG 04-00035 (cross-reference subdivision SD 99-08381) for project being developed by Shapell Homes, a division of Shapell Industries, a Delaware Corp., as recommended by the Public Works Director, Danville area. (District III)
