RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2011/452 accepting Grant Deed of Development Rights (Scenic Easement) for Parcels A and F of subdivision SD 05-09037, for a project being developed by Shapell Homes, a Division of Shapell Industries, Inc., a Delaware Corp., as recommended by the Public Works Director, Danville area. (District III)

No Fiscal Impact.

BACKGROUND:

The Grant Deed of Development Rights (Scenic Easement) is required per Condition of Approval Number 22 of subdivision SD 05-9037.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Grant Deed of Development Rights (Scenic Easement) will not be approved and recorded.
