RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2011/445 accepting an Offer of Dedication for Roadway Purposes for land use permit LP 10-02078, for a project being developed by Bay Area News Group, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Concord area. (District V)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The Offer of Dedication is needed to satisfy Condition of Approval No. 20 for land use permit LP 10-02078 and to complete the construction of Dean Lesher Drive.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The Offer of Dedication for Road Purposes will not be recorded and the construction of Dean Lesher Drive will remain unfinished
