RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2009/202 approving and authorizing the Public Works Director, or designee, to fully close a portion of Knightsen Avenue, on September 26, 2009 from 7:00am through 12:00pm, for the purpose of community event, Car and Tractor Show, Kinghtsen area. (District III)

None.

BACKGROUND:

Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Applicant will be unable to close the road for planned activities.
