RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution 2009/197 honoring the City of Richmond, California area churches for their role in collaborating with Contra Costa County Economic Opportunity Council and the City of Richmond Summer Youth Employment Program, as recommended by Employment and Human Services Director.
