RECOMMENDATION(S):

APPROVE Appropriations Adjustment No. 5034 authorizing the transfer of appropriations in the amount of $2,221 from the Department of Agriculture (0335) to General Services, Fleet Operations (0063) to purchase one replacement vehicle for the Department of Agriculture.

FISCAL IMPACT:

This action increases appropriations in General Services, Fleet Operations (0063) and reduces appropriations in the Department of Agriculture (0335) by $2,221. There is no additional net county cost.

BACKGROUND:

The Department of Agriculture will purchase one replacement vehicle through Fleet Operations. The vehicle being replaced is 14 years old, which meets replacement policy guidelines.
