RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2009/148 approving and authorizing the Public Works Director, or designee, to fully close a portion of Pacific Avenue, on May 3, 2009 from 5:00am through 7:00pm, for the purpose of an anniversary fiesta, Rodeo area.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

BACKGROUND:

Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Applicant will be unable to close the road for planned activities.
