RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2009/125 accepting Completion of Improvements for Drainage Improvement Agreement, for Drainage Acceptance 06-00061 (cross-reference Subdivision 8448 and Drainage Area 48B Lines B and B1), for project being developed by Lyon Vista Del Mar 553, LLC, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Bay Point area. (District V)

FISCAL IMPACT:

None.

BACKGROUND:

The developer has completed the improvements per the Drainage Improvement Agreement, and in accordance with the Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The completion of the drainage improvements will not be accepted and the warranty period will not begin.
