RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2009/175 ratifying the prior decision of the Public Works Director, or designee, to fully close a portion of Ocean View Avenue, every Sunday beginning April 12, 2009 until April 11, 2010 from 8:00am through 3:00pm, for the purpose of Kensington Farmers Market, Kensington area. (District I)

BACKGROUND:

Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Applicant will not have Board approval for completed road closure.
