RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2015/225 approving and Authorizing the Public Works Director, or designee, to fully close a portion of Crest Avenue, between Hillgrade Avenue to Danville Boulevard, on July 15, 2015 from 7:00 a.m. through 5:00 p.m., for the purpose of crane work for the cage top extension of a Pacific Gas & Electric Company (PG&E) tower, Alamo area. (District II)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

Applicant shall follow guidelines set forth by the Public Works Department.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

Applicant will be unable to close the road for planned activities.
