RECOMMENDATION(S):

DECLARE vacant the District 3 seat on the Fish & Wildlife Committee previously held by Madhan Gunasekaran due to resignation and DIRECT the Clerk of the Board to post the vacancy, as recomended by Supervisor Diane Burgis.

Mr. Gunasekaran resigned from the Fish & Wildlife Committee due to work related reasons.
