RECOMMENDATION(S):

ADOPT Resolution No. 2011/460 accepting completion of private improvements for Heron Lane, Rainbow Lane, Ranchita Lane and Weatherly Lane and accepting Pacheco Boulevard widening improvements and declaring the widening to be part of the County road, subdivision SD 89-07418, as recommended by the Public Works Director, Martinez area. (District V)

FISCAL IMPACT:

No fiscal impact.

BACKGROUND:

The civil improvements have been initiated by H & B Property Solutions, LLC per the Subdivision Agreement, and later completed by First National Bank of Northern California in accordance with Title 9 of the County Ordinance Code.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The completion of improvements will not be accepted, and the subdivision agreement and surety bond will not be exonerated.
