RECOMMENDATION(S):

REAPPOINT Kathy Jones to the Low-Income Seat #1 on the Economic Opportunity Council, as recommended by Employment and Human Services Director.

FISCAL IMPACT:

None

BACKGROUND:

Ms. Jones was initially appointed to this seat in 2009. She is reappointed to this position with a term of July 1, 2011 through June 30, 2013. Ms. Jones' address is 2719 Wildflower Drive, Antioch, CA 94631.

CONSEQUENCE OF NEGATIVE ACTION:

The seat will remain empty and the Economic Opportunity Council will be hindered in its ability to conduct routine business.
