RECOMMENDATION(S):
APPROVE and AUTHORIZE the Health Services Director, or designee, to execute on behalf of the County, Contract #74-443-10 with Ujima Family Recovery Services, a non-profit corporation, in an amount not to exceed $414,060, to provide trauma therapy, case management, and assessment services for Substance Abuse Mental Health (SAMHWorks) Clients for the period July 1, 2018 through June 30, 2019.
FISCAL IMPACT:
This contract is funded by 63% CalWORKS Alcohol and Other Drugs Services and 37% CalWORKS Mental Health. (Rate increase)

On July 18, 2017, the Board of Supervisors approved Contract #74-443-9, with Ujima Family Recovery Services to provide trauma therapy, case management, and assessment services for CalWORKS participants for the period July 1, 2017 through June 30, 2018
